Junior Digital Designer

Sort of just out of school, but know you're great and want to get even greater? We are looking for a creative junior digital designer who wants the challenge of being plunged into a creative business and work in a fully agile product environment. Responsibilities: As our new junior digital designer, you will help drive efforts to design a best-in-class user experience across multiple digital platforms. You’ll work with hands-on digital design tasks and get the opportunity to lead design projects from idea and concept and all the way to implementation and user testing. You’ll be working in a fast paced, creative and dedicated team and report to the Head of Design. It is our ambition to be influencers, not just through the work we do, but also on the international design stage and through inspiring and educating the outside world. And we want more people to share our love for design with. Your experience and background: Some experience as a digital designer, working in a creative agency or design department at a product oriented organization. Some experience working with responsive design principles. Expert in the Adobe Creative Suite apps and/or Sketch. (We mainly use Sketch.) Experience with using Zeplin and/or Craft are a plus Experience with working in an agile environment where things actually do change. It is expected that all candidates have an impressive portfolio that clearly highlights their design skills and previous project experience.
