Community Builder & Customer Success

Do you major in communication/marketing and are you passionate about community building? Do you want to work at interesting, scaling, start-up by managing and building our on-and offline community? Sitpack is revolutionizing the sexy industry of seating – portable seating that is. With two successful crowdfunding campaigns on Kickstarter and Makuake in Japan, 3 int. Design Awards, and +20.000 units sold in our first year. We are now expanding sales, resulting in a growing community. You will be engaging with our international users, thus your communication skills are top notch. You will get a through understanding of the underling working of hardware produc-tion, our organizational, and community related tools. You will be a strategic and operational part of building our support and customer success team. As Community Builder you Will: • Curate and create the best content for our segments • Coordinate strategic PR and marketing activities • Network with community, and engage with community champions • Customer Service (Zendesk) The Ideal Candidate • Minimum a BA in relevant field • You have experience in creating either physical or digital communities • Fluent in English, a second language is a bonus • Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, self-awareness, work ethic. • Skilled in the use of MailChimp, FB, Twitter and Instagram • Outgoing, with an energy level above average • Eager to learn new skills and improve in all aspects We are a small team, located in Start-up Village in Islandsbrygge, where we also host an office community with other interesting start-up’s, that you can learn from and hang with.
