HIGHLY SKILLED DIGITAL ART DIRECTOR TO STRENGTHEN OUR BRAND DESIGN TEAM IN GLOBAL MARKETING, WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SKILLED DIGITAL ART DIRECTOR WITH GLOBAL EXPERIENCE WITH FASHION OR LIFESTYLE BRANDS. Brand Design develops and finalises a wide range of online and offline global campaigns supporting the entire business. As Digital Art Director at PANDORA’s Global Office, you will be part of a team of 20 dedicated colleagues in Brand Design and a total of app. 75 colleagues in the Global Marketing department. You will have an opportunity to work with other talented creative minds in an inspiring, international and collaborative environment. You will have the chance to work with a strong feminine brand providing women worldwide with affordable jewellery for personal expression. Key responsibilities are: Develop creative digital campaigns for all online platforms, e.g. www.pandora.net, mobile, eSTORE, PANDORA club and social media Develop and maintain the online part of our Brand Visual Identity (BVI) Ensure that designs and communication are aligned with our BVI and communication strategy The job will primarily focus on front-end design, however, we will prefer a candidate who will also be able to do some simple coding for animated banners. Skills and experience: Candidates will preferably have a degree in digital design or equivalent proven experience e.g. Danish School of Media and Journalism, Interactive Design Minimum 5-7 years’ experience as a Digital Art Director Experience from an advertising agency, a digital agency, a fashion brand or another creative online business Familiar with fashion/lifestyle brands and well acquainted with the fashion and media landscape Proven track record of creating innovative online solutions Experience with UX Super user of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator Experience with aftereffects are an advantage Familiar with the Social Media platform Acquainted with responsive design HTML5 and CSS3 You speak and write English fluently and have preferable worked in an international environment Personal qualifications: Structured approach Creative and innovative mind-set Proactive Flexible in terms of assignments and workloads when required Interested in fashion and fashion trends Ability to work independently as well as being a team player You will be based at our new Global Office in Copenhagen as part of an exciting, truly global brand – constantly moving forward and continuously striving to make things better. You will report to our Brand Design Director and be part of a passionate, performance-driven Brand Design team and part of the Global Marketing Department, with dedicated, can-do-spirited colleagues.
