Senior UX Designer

If your dream is to join a promising startup in the mobile health space as Senior UX Designer then this might be the move for you – with the potential for ownership. The mission behind coRelate is to develop a digital platform, enabling relevant dialogue between likeminded patients and relatives. In order to succeed with this, we are looking for a multidisciplinary Senior UX’er who masters design, front-end development and excellent with prototyping. This will be the cornerstone of coRelate, i.e. transforming our users success criteria into the best possible UX, which essentially guides our tech development. You know how to nail the strong user experience, and with your aesthetic touch and feel for successful journeys in a digital setting, you probably already have an idea of what it will take to onboard our future users. You will be working closely with the CTO as well as the CEO – and the content team – in further developing the platform, where you will be driving the interface between user and product – essentially a unique opportunity to design a stellar social platform with a higher purpose. Our current beta version is responsive, but we will initiate native development very soon – and we would appreciate getting you onboard prior to initiating our native process. Qualifications and characteristics -Minimum 3 years of experience as UX’er / interaction designer -Hungry for the start-up journey -You adapt well to change, you are self-driven by nature and curious -You deliver according to schedule -Familiar with all phases of digital design from ideation through testing and concept development -Good with wireframes / prototyping and testing your work incl. independently reaching out to users for speedy input (usertesting.com or similar) as well as running workshops -Adobe XD or similar is part of your toolbox -Genuine interest for onboarding users and knowledge on key drivers -At least one strong case that you can present -Finally but perhaps most importantly, we look for the x-factor as a hybrid of attitude, personality, heart and mind! This is a paid full-time position with the possibility of ownership. We welcome all nationalities, as long as you are comfortable with both English and at least one Scandinavian language.
