User Experience Director - partner

We are a funded award-winning startup with a huge ambition to make a positive social, environmental and economic impact in a $90 billion industry with more than 160 million surfers, skiers and boardsports enthusiasts. We start by connecting individuals looking for gear, lessons and experiences with anyone who can provide it – whether that be a local with a free board or a small business. - Some say Airbnb or Uber for the action sport community. We are up running with a website and app and now need an experienced UX/UI designer to join our team and take our user flows and visual identity to the next level. Your role will be designing our visual identity, user flows, web/mobile design and some design for merchandise, posters and SOME. You have several years of experience both designing visual identities, user flows, graphics material and websites/apps.
