TO STRENGTHEN OUR BRAND DESIGN TEAM IN GLOBAL MARKETING, WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SKILLED ART DIRECTOR WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT AND FAMILIARITY WITH LIFESTYLE BRANDS. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE OF RETAIL AND VISUAL MERCHANDISING CAMPAIGNS AS WELL AS CORPORATE COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE REQUISITES. Job description Brand Design develops and finalises a wide range of online and offline global campaigns supporting the entire business. As an Art Director at PANDORA Global, you will be part of a team of 22 dedicated colleagues in Brand Design and a total of 75 colleagues in the Global Marketing department. You will have the opportunity to work with other talented creative minds in an inspiring, international and collaborative environment. You will have the chance to work with a strong feminine brand, providing women worldwide with affordable jewellery for personal expression. Main responsibilities Develop and roll out concepts and creative campaigns. Ensuring that designs and communication are aligned with the overall Brand Visual Identity and Brand Strategy. Contribute to the development and maintenance of our Brand Visual Identity. Professional qualifications - Minimum 7 years’ experience as an Art Director. - Experience from an advertising agency, fashion brand or another creative business. - Preferably a degree in design or equivalent proven experience. - Proven visual merchandising experience. - Experience with development of BVI (Brand Visual Identity) is appreciated. - Familiar with fashion and lifestyle brands. - Proven track record of creating innovative solutions. - Experience with retail or in-store consumer experiences is a plus. - Super user of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat. - You speak and write English fluently and you have worked in an international environment. Personal qualifications - Creative and innovative mindset. - Good at seeing the overall picture and also the small details. - Great communication and presentation skills. - Flexible in terms of assignment and workloads when required. - Interest in fashion and fashion trends. - Ability to work independently as well as being a team player. - Proactive mindset.
