VP Delivery

With reference to the CEO, Actimo seeks a seasoned manager responsible for delivery. We are looking for someone highly skilled and ambitious. Actimo – now you know The Job A challenging position for the right person who has the skills and will to succeed in the following areas: - Manage and develop the Delivery Team - You will be part of the management team and are expected to make a strong contribution to the growth and direction of the company - Project management of all sprints in the Delivery Team - Manage, motivate and develop the present Delivery Team which currently consists of 2 frontend and 3 backend developers - Lead hiring of new team members alongside HR - Manage the nearshore team and secure deliveries - Develop processes and methods within the team and secure strong collaboration with other Actimo teams - Ensure deep interaction with the Architecture Team that holds the responsibility for the Actimo architecture and infrastructure - Ensure timely deliveries - all of which are internal Your Profile You are a team player and a leader. You are probably the kind of person that people go to for advice or simply a chat - because they trust you. And you want to be there for your team, in order for them to become even better at what they do. You probably recognize yourself in most of these requirements: - You are a natural leader and have a strong desire for developing yourself further in that role - You have a minimum of 3 years of experience with both project and people management - Experience with near-shore team management would be an asset - You are extrovert and a strong communicator - Most likely you have some development experience - Fluent in Danish and English - Plenty of SCRUM experience - Willing to travel to our nearshore team in Europe What’s in it for you If you join Actimo we guarantee that you will be proud of what you do.
