Junior and Senior Brand Strategist

We are on the lookout for ample brains, heart and gut feeling for two roles – a senior and a junior brand strategist – to join our award-winning team of talented creatives and strategists. You are a thinker and doer and have a solid understanding of business and organizational processes. You get a kick when your strategy work releases originality and creativity, and becomes a crucial part of transforming behaviours. The senior has at least 8+ years of experience in formulating and shaping brands, writing core stories and shaping customer journeys for national and international clients. Further, you are familiar with participating in all aspects of a project from pitches and proposals, briefings, and stakeholder management to the actual research, analysis, strategy development, and activation of concepts. The junior has just started the journey. The successful senior applicant holds the capabilities below and the junior aspires to them • Loves big picture thinking and can bridge the present and the future • Balances the left and right brain - the rational and emotional - and never ignore the gut feeling • Has excellent business understanding and analytical and problem-solving skills • Meets challenges proactively and head-on • Has high standards for work and impeccable attention to detail • Capable of navigating multidisciplinary projects and confidently translate business objectives into practical solutions and bright ideas • Team-oriented across all levels and functions • Able to influence and inspire others with a strong "why not" attitude • Able to manage conflicting priorities and comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and learning on the job • Open-minded, inherently curious, and willing to share fresh perspectives in solving challenges Required experience • Hold an MSc. • Senior 8+ years' experience in either branding, consulting, and/or marketing • Junior 1+ years' experience in related business • Excellent communication skills and a great people person • Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Danish About us Make® is a brand agency.
