Senior Webdesigner

Mono Solutions is looking for a talented and passionated Senior Web Designer. You will join our dynamic and rapidly growing software company serving thousands of small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) with our world-leading online presence platform (30+ markets – mainly Europe and North America). As a Senior Web Designer you will play a key role in the Design Team. On a daily basis you will work closely with both the Product Development Team as well as the Education Team. You will also work with the Design and Fulfillment Teams of our partners around the world. MORE ABOUT THE ROLE Together with the Mono Design Team, you will be responsible to develop best-practice concepts for different types of websites and online shops with focus on both design and conversion. These best practice concepts will serve as the foundation for our partners’ in-house agencies (Fulfillment Teams) that use our platform to create websites. You will also support our Education team with the design and development of online educational materials and videos to help our partners design better using our platform. It is expected that you participate, and in some cases lead, workshops for our partners either locally at their offices or via web conferences. Here you will take a hands-on approach to training and helping our partners’ design and fulfillment teams in our platform using our design best practices. This is a senior position. Minimum 5 years of working experience within conceptual online design is required. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU You have higher education degree in Design You have a deep understanding for online media You have a good sense of aesthetics You understand and can grasp complex design systems You have experience in effectively communicating design concepts and systems You have worked with responsive web design You have worked with e-commerce You have solid written and spoken communication skills in English You are outgoing and good with people (you will be working closely with team members from many different nationalities) You have a “go-do” approach You are a team player You have basic CSS knowlege KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The development of concepts and design systems for websites and online stores using our platform Contribution to the concept and design of educational materials for our partners Direct training in our design systems and in our platform via online platforms as well as on-location at our partners around the globe Quality assurance of our designs IT WOULD BE AWESOME IF...
