All Shamballa Jewels creations are in 18K gold with diamonds and precious stones, and can be customized bead for bead. Epitome of impeccable craftsmanship they are set, braided and polished by hand in the Copenhagen Atelier, Denmark We are seeking a design intern to join our in-house creative team. The internship provides room for creative expression as well as participating in the daily routines and internal projects. You will be part of the design team, assisting primarily with drawing tasks whilst working closely with the creative team. The position: • Create and updating spec sheets • Assisting with developing and maintaining design archive • Helping with product development • Create drawings of new designs in 3D or Illustrator • Research and trend forecasting • Create design briefs and mood boards • Taking part in the daily operations of the department Your profile: • Studying or holding in a degree in jewellery design • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Rhinocerus • Good skills in Powerpoint, Word and Excel • Independent and organized approach to taking on responsibilities • Able to manage your own time and multitask • Fluent in English, written and spoken • You are proactive, reliable, and have a high sense of urgency making it easy for you to excel in a fast-paced environment Shamballa Jewels offer: • 6 months internship – this is unpaid and can be part of your education • Full time with built-in flexibility with regards to days off due to school, exams etc. • Company lunch Please send your CV and motivated cover letter to Human Potential and Leadership Manager, Betina Strange: betina@shamballajewels.com
