Brand & Creative Director

Who we are: Jamie Looks is a global fashion eyewear startup led by a team of senior McKinsey and BCG alumni, seasoned entrepreneurs and international top-tier designers and creatives. We combine excellent own-design, the best materials, and excellent craftsmanship to create stellar collections of opticals and sunglasses. All our eyewear has a sharp, classic feel - yet also always with a fresh eye towards the latest fashion trends. Working directly with specialized NGOs we also support alleviation of impaired vision for underprivileged people. Good eyewear. Doing good. Commercial launch across Europe and the US in Spring 2018 We are looking to add a Brand & Creative Director who, as part of our leadership team, will lead all our brand and creative efforts and over time build a world-class creatives team. The position: -Create our brand direction being the creative mastermind of Jamie Looks -Plan and develop marketing campaigns with the marketing team -Create, design and produce all digital marketing content, including SoMe content -Organise and direct photo shoots incl. styling, location and team. -Research new ways to engage and compel our target demographic -Oversee the design, creation and development of our websites -Provide insight and assist web team on front end web design / UX/ UI Required skills: -Experience with Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop -Experience working in fashion and an in-depth feel of latest trends -Ability to prioritize workloads -Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment -Self motivated, with the ability to take control of assigned projects and own responsibility -Flexibility to switch gears when needs and priorities change -Entrepreneurial mindset with a high sense of urgency Perks of Employment: -You will be working with a strong management team with diverse experiences -Your time is important to us - we offer flex time and the possibility of remote work -Who said there is no such thing as a free lunch?
