Junior UX Specialist

You are a thinker and a doer with a solid understanding of business and organizational processes. You get a kick out of transforming brands and in helping businesses create clarity and unleash originality. You love experiences more than interfaces and think 'humans' not 'users'. You see the world through a lens of challenges and know that clever experience design can solve them. You understand there is more to UX than CTAs and interactions and think in terms of context and conversations. You challenge traditional UX tools and are on your toes every day to uncover new ways of thinking. Qualifications: – You hold a bachelor's or master's degree within information technology or digital communication. – Excellent communication skills, a great people person, and proven ability to work independently across all elements of a UX project. – Experience with UX basics (research, audits, evaluations, user flow and task analysis). – Proficient in both verbal and written English and Danish. – Understanding of front- and backend systems and processes and experience with Sketch and various prototyping software is a plus.
