As a senior designer, you will be the main creative force in our projects and inspire clients and colleagues with original ideas, strategic thinking and exceptional craftsmanship. <b>Would you like to...?</b> • Work on diverse projects in many industries for both national and international clients • Work across the entire digital landscape — native apps, web apps, websites and digital UI/UX for IOT products etc. • Be hands-on in projects from start to finish — translating insight, setting the direction and delivering design with precision and supporting in development and implementation • Be a mentor for junior designers and interns helping your team grow in skills and confidence • Stay updated on the latest developments/trends/thinking within your field and share your knowledge and thoughts with both colleagues and clients <b>We would like you to be...</b> • A skilled digital designer with 5+ years of professional and possibly international experience within the disciplines of visual design, digital product design, Ui/UX, corporate identity, digital design • Master of your toolbox: Designing in Sketch and Adobe CS, making it move in After Effects and prototyping in Invision and Principle • Fully aware of the design possibilities within web technologies, mobile platforms, and excited about new possibilities in emerging technologies • Confident translating flows and user journeys into builds — naturally building IA and UX thinking into your design process • A strong facilitator and presenter, able to build client confidence and push to make change happen • An excellent communicator in English (Danish is definitely a plus) • An explorative and open-minded problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive –­ and the guts – to bring them to life • Someone with a ‘here to help’ attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we’re better together <b>Would you like to join...?</b> • An inspiring, social, collaborative and playful work environment, with annual cross-office inspiration trips, and local inspiration sessions all year round • Breakfast and lunch with us every day, made by our Designit chef, Thomas together with Nicklas – not to mention cake on Thursdays and a few special themed lunches • A bunch of people who embrace Mondays, drink beer on Fridays, and annoy our friends by talking about work on the weekend
