PR & Marketing Manager

Join us We are looking for a dedicated, structured and creative PR & Marketing Manager with a love of Danish design to develop marketing plans and campaigns that promote the VITA copenhagen brand in innovative and exciting ways. Your tasks • Coordinate and drive our marketing team of graphic designers, media and communication colleagues to make sure our marketing goals are met and new ideas are generated • Take responsibility for creating our marketing plan and content calendar and ensuring our marketing output is aligned across all channels • In close collaboration with our Sales team, plan and execute product launches and other marketing campaigns • Generate all our creative writing for social media posts, brand stories, press releases, catalogues, product specifications, newsletters, user guides and packaging • Define and execute our Instagram & Facebook output, including the selection of brand, repost and live images, videos, IG stories, profile takeovers, behind the scenes stories, product profiles, etc. Ensure highly effective community management is coordinated especially during weekends and evenings • Act as our brand ambassador and maintain our close relationships with key journalists, bloggers and customers to maximise our exposure through earned media • Ensure our first in-class proactive and reactive PR approach is maintained. Answer all requests for images, text and product loans and generate new strategies for reaching out further to VIP press/bloggers/stylists through personal visits and creative approaches • Take a leading role in organising our creative team in the conceptualising, storyboarding and executing of our photoshoots. Define the media channel where each new image will be used • Closely track our PR effectiveness by defining our KPIs for articles and clippings in the press as well as “real” social media growth • Make sure that our press and blogger contact lists are constantly updated with the newest key contacts in the design industry • Take the lead in ensuring marketing campaigns are implemented from idea to execution.
