THE OPPORTUNITY Join our dynamic design team within our Marketing department, and play a key role in ensuring that the visual communication of the brand is consistent across all media, and that the quality of design is of a high standard and matching our target audience/brand values. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Take overall responsibility for campaigns look & feel - Develop concepts for major campaigns such as SALE, Xmas and more - Create seasonal graphic packages - Plan & art direct photo-shoots - Guide and coach designers, with eventual team management responsibility - Design newsletters, campaigns, and identities YOUR PROFILE - BA in Graphic Design or similar - Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience - Fluent in English, as this is our corporate language (only applications in English will be considered) - Advanced level in Adobe programs, especially Photoshop - Excellent conceptual worker and thinker - Solid knowledge about branding and brand development - Experience with campaign work and photo-shoots - Good understanding of the fashion industry and general interest in e-commerce WHO ARE WE?
