Digital designer with good ui and visual design skills

Grandhood is a fintech startup on a journey to change pension for small companies. We're looking for someone who thinks it would be fun to lift our digital design to the next level across platforms. Whether you call yourself a product designer, a ui designer, a digital designer doesn't matter as long as you're super strong in visual design, web design illustrations, prototyping (eg. principle) and stuff like that. Ideally we're looking for someone to join our fantastic team, but in the short run, freelance could work too.
