Fashion Business Partnership

I'm the owner and designer of the successful Japanese streetwear label 'Black Humours'. www.black-humours.com I run it with a partner in Japan and we sell in the Beams department store chain plus a few other outlets. I'm looking for a business partner with expertise in production and PR for an EU expansion program. I'm willing to share the IP in the brand.
