We are looking for a creative and motivated visual content creator (photographer/videographer or similar) to join our global marketing team. Your job will be to initiate, create and produce all in-house content such as video, lifestyle photos and pack shots for our marketing materials (e.g. for PR usage, Social media, webpage, retail, advertisement) bringing our brand and universe to life in line with our visual guidelines. In collaboration with our global creative and marketing team you will be an integral part of the creative development of campaigns for new product launches and showcasing our brand and craftsmanship. We value attitude and sense of aesthetics over experience. Your tasks will be to Shoot and edit lifestyle content for campaigns (stills and video) Shoot and edit brand content from our factory (stills and video) Shoot and edit product pack shots with various backgrounds Shoot visual merchandising guidelines Set-up live-streaming of internal and external product launches Share content with internal and external stakeholders (naming, uploading and sharing) Participate in development of visual guidelines and mood boards Ad hoc photo and video projects Requirements Experience Experience in lighting, equipment and digital photography techniques required Skilled user of Photoshop, Capture One and video editing tools required Sense of aesthetics and experience with styling required Relevant education or background within photography, photo journalism, multi media design or similar.
