Design Student Assistant

Do you want to participate on a journey aiming to challenge what we can do within digital health? At Dawn Health, we design digital solutions within the health space, and we are looking for a student to join our design team. Desired skills for our new design student assistant: • A student with a minimum of two years’ completed studies within interaction design, product design, service design, graphic design, digital design, business design, design technologist, or another related field • Interested in digital health and designing for patients • Passionate about visual design, but also interested in what happens “under the hood” • Interested in getting experience across the design process with focus on visual design tasks • Experienced with Figma, Sketch, Illustrator and curious to learn more (plus points, if you know After Effects, Principle or other motion graphics software) • Knowledgeable of what accessibility means in digital product design • A passionate, curious, and empathic team player with a strong eagerness to learn • Able to take user requirements and turn them from concept to high fidelity mock-ups and prototypes • You are a natural problem solver and analytical by nature • A strong visual designer and have experience/or interest in working closely with developers • Fluent in English - other languages are a bonus! RESPONSIBILITIES • Support our design team 15-21 hours a week while sharpening your design skills • Join co-creation sessions and workshops with clients and design teams • Translate insights into different outputs, e.g. storyboards, wireframes, user journeys, etc. • Explore and develop different concepts across products, services and digital experiences • Assist in developing corporate communication in the form of pitch decks, illustrations, models, etc. WE OFFER • You will work alongside innovative colleagues that are great at what they do, proving lots of opportunities for learning • Experience working with very large and well-known clients to sharpen your portfolio • You will be a part of an open, relaxed and friendly atmosphere, which we are proud to nourish • We'll provide you with plenty of inspiring and meaningful projects and believe in autonomy and self-leadership • We celebrate our wins and have regular social events to meet and get to know all your colleagues DESIGN AT DAWN HEALTH Design at Dawn Health is at the core of everything we do and highly respected amongst our peers.
