The Role We're looking for a creative Multimedia Student Assistant with an eye for design to join the Marketing Team at Konsolidator. The Marketing team is responsible for promoting Konsolidator's cloud-based software to finance professionals around the world. In this position, you will have the opportunity to apply your creative skills to create a range of marketing materials and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment. The Objectives As a Multimedia Student Assistant, you'll be a key part of developing engaging digital materials (videos, banners, GIFs, and more!) to entice our target audience. Responsibilities: • Design and create digital materials for ad campaigns, social media, email, blogs, presentations, and other marketing initiatives • Source imagery and/or create images in line with our brand • Adjust designs based on feedback from the Marketing team • Assist with video editing and filming • Execute on ad-hoc multimedia requests Requirements: • Currently enrolled in a relevant study program, such as Digital Design, Design & Business, Media, or Digital Marketing • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and Indesign) • Knowledge of video editing tools like Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere is a plus • Photography skills are a plus • Ability to incorporate feedback into new design iterations • Ability to learn quickly and brainstorm new ideas The team You will join a marketing team of 5 driven colleagues consisting of a Marketing Operations & Performance, Manager Brand Marketing & Communications Manager, Graphic Designer, Traffic Manager, and a Student Assistant.
