Lead Digital Designer

To be successful in the lead role, we believe that: • You have 8+ years of experience and you have a holistic, strategic mindset and capacity to see the big picture • You have experience working with and leading multidisciplinary teams • You’re familiar with the classic methods in UX design, Service Design and Agile development. • You are being seen by the client project team and collaborators as a trusted practitioner • You have visual communication superpowers such as sketching and visual process documentation • You can contribute with methods for co-creation, inclusion, and execution of projects • You have sales and B2B experience, as well as a flair for developing customer relationships • You have a passion for leading and facilitating design and innovation projects • You are fluent in English • Willing and happy to travel approximately 30% for projects What will you be doing? As Lead Designer, you will have varied responsibilities, including: • Develop holistic concepts with both digital and physical components • Lead and facilitate design and innovation projects • Inspire your project team and having 1:1 feedback sessions, giving positive and constructive feedback • Bring your ideas and point of views into the discussions • Manage and develop our client relationships – crafting approaches, writing proposals, and presenting to clients • Project management and initiate new projects • Process documentation • Communicate design through, for example, presentations or blog posts, or cases What’s in it for you?
