Special Projects & Marketing Assistant

VSN is looking for a Special Projects & Marketing Assistant to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. The position will be as assistant to the projects and creative team and will require excellent writing and coordination skills, and will specifically assist in the areas of SoMe, events, marketing, and project coordination. Your day-to-day This job is a student position, and you will primarily help out in the following areas: - Day-to-day SoMe coordination and execution - Newsletter copy and coordination with Creative team - Assist on event coordination and execution - Assist on Special Projects conceptualisation, coordination, and execution - Ongoing reporting to Special Projects & Marketing teams - Possibly write entries for our journal depending on skills Approximately 15h pr. week VSN is a dynamic workplace, and the job description can change depending on skills and experience. About you This is a student position and ideally you are enrolled in a master’s program - Graphic design skills are a plus but not a must - A keen attention to detail - Proficient in English; written and oral.
