Creative Collective SPACE is looking for new members!

Monthly rent: 350 kr Deposit: 1050 kr We are a collective of around 20 members that share a 200 m2 basement close to Forum metro station. Our members pursue different careers and hobbies in many fields including visual arts, theater, film, video editing, fashion, music, etc. SPACE is also a social hub where members meet to share a meal or simply relax with a few beers or wine. We don’t work with ‘fixed’ allocated spaces per member but share the entire space as a collective. We are looking for applicants that can work from a desk or in relatively small space. WiFi available. (Our painters’ atelier is full at the moment). If you are interested in visiting SPACE or applying, please send email to: creativespacecopenhagen@gmail.com To apply, please send your answers to this application form: 1. Which activities would you mainly use Space for (painting, drawing, sewing, sculpting etc.)? 2. What is your primary media for work, if any (e.g. oil paint, laptop, sewing machine, wood work, etc). 3. How extensive do you think your use of Space will be (approximately hours/days per week on average) and are you looking for a short or long term membership in SPACE? 4. Do you have any specific requirements to perform your activities successfully (amount of space / noise / dust)? 5. Does your main activity require a fixed work space, or can materials, tools etc. be moved and stored? 6. What do you think about the possibility to share your knowledge and skills and contribute to others projects? Is there anything specific you would like to teach or learn together with other Space members? 7. Do you have any other ideas already about collaborative projects, activities you could see doing at Space/together with other space members? 8. Feel free to share anything else that might be relevant for this application, such as previous membership in other collectives, samples of your creative work and motivation to join our collective.
