Space wanted for soundproduction

Producer couple Looking for a space to establish a studio to continue our production work and composing practices. It has to be a safe place since we have some valuable equipment. Other than that, we are very open minded, not depending on daylight or fancy kitchen facilities. We are tidy and easy going people.
