Available desk-spaces in gorge old flowershop

We are 4 artists who are taking over, what used to be an iconic flowershop for the last 40 years, in a location between 2200-2100, close to the lakes. We are looking for an extra 4 people for the deskspace area. Our spaces aren’t shown on this drawing, as it is separate to the front room. The front room will have a cosy communal area to the left and the deskspace area to the right. We have a few locked in, but still have a few desks available. Here is a little breakdown, but please feel free to email me for more info :-) Desk space info: •The price is explained in the pdf. Email me if you have any questions •It is from 1st of May •Size of desk is approx 130cm with storage underneath (trolley or build in shelves- we are going to be building this a week prior to move in date •There will be a cosy area with soft seats and a dining table, for taking breaks, eating and having coffee together •You are a desk based practitioner, and there won’t be any other place to put up shelves or other storage units. If you do want to use your space for smaller art that is ofc okay. Do get in touch if you make small scale art, and we can see if it would work :-) •The lovely landlords are making us a small kitchen in the front room with fridge, kettle, small microoven/mini oven. •There is a really cute area out in the backyard. We will plant some flowers •There is going to be an office dog. The one eyed rescue french bulldog called Honey.
