Workspace for rent: - Half of a room with desk and storage - Room is ca 10 sqm with a mezzanine for storage/naps - Very good natural light, view over Kløvermarken and high to the ceiling - Shared with me, who mostly use it in the evenings/weekends for doing illustrations etc. = you'll have the whole room to use most of the time The workspace is part of a 1st floor in one of the few old industrial neighbourhoods left in Amager. In the other rooms you'll find people painting, fixing electronics, doing ceramics and making accesories for bikes. We share a yard with metal-, bike- and woodworkshops and some of us host a yearly summerparty. We have our own roof-terrace, bathroom and kitchen. There is central heating, but the building is not well-insulated, and computer-work/sitting *very* still can get a little cold in the winter. The price is ex heat, incl. electricity and water. The contract has 2 months notice and the deposit is 2 months rent. Please write if you have other questions
