Unique art studio in Copenhague 82m2

I am renting out this beautiful big art studio. We are a group of professional artists in this great building on Otto Busses Vej. The building used to be where DSB fixed the trains, so it has big spaces, tall ceilings, and green areas. This building is a gem in the city—one of the last with these features. The studio I am renting could be taken for a long or short term, and inside the space, you might fit max two artists or one because we want to keep the circle small and tight. There are common areas and everything you need. The individual studio is 82 m2, and the price is around 10.380 Kr. Vat included. The common areas has a split, so depending how many people could join, the final price can change and the total will be slightly lower. Pictures below. Interested, pls write me some dm in English. My danish is not the best. Have a great day! Pablo pd. Also theres a chance to split the space with me and you. ask for more pictures if needed.
